blue sky with clouds then put glow in the dar paint and put stars on it for when you turn out your lights that way youhave the best of both worlds

I had a friend in grade school, who had a room the went from day to sunset to night. I was very busy looking, I don't know how she could sleep. Pick night and put constellation in glow in the dark paint

Maybe the walls in day light, and the ceiling with stars. and make the walls get darker as you reach the ceiling.
