ok guy#1 takes my stuff and makes me chase him for it and teases me in a cute way and always jumps infront of me and goes "whoa!"
guy#2 talks to me alot and makes me laugh and he shows up behind me or pushes me or grabs my arms to move me,
guy#3 talks to me ALOT!he makes me laugh and makes stupid remarks about me ,funny ones at that,and shows up where im at all the time
which one likes me or do any of them like me?

I would say that all three of them are showing some interest.
But you should go for number 3!!!!
Don't ever go for the guy who pushes you, even if it's in a "friendly" way. You deserve respect, and that isn't it...so don't go for #2. Guy #1 sounds immature...you don't need that either. But it sounds like guy #3 goes out of his way to see you, and that shows a more serious interest. Go for him.

Its nigh impossible to tell. It might just be the way the naturally are. Like, take myself for example. I'm usually quiet and don't talk much to people I don't know much. I act the way I normally do around my Girl Friend, and I did before I asked her out, and she was shocked that I liked her (atleast, I think she was).
In my opinion, it's near impossible to tell.
