Not just "gay" guys. I knew this man who could outdo any woman. He was so creative, he even decorated his yard which was a traffic stopper. Some men are just so wonderfully creative, I'm in awe.

All people should receive jobs based on ability and ability alone.
Remember who you are, how good you are and go out and promote the heck out of you and what you can do.
Don't worry about who else gets jobs. Just go get your own.
I have always lived life grateful for everyones success not just my own and it pays off. If you focus on you and not others you will find increased confidence in yourself. When you are happy for others you will find less hate in your heart.
Go be all that you can be. Be grateful for others success. You too will find life changes and becomes more prosperous.

I know this is a huge generalization, but most gay men I know, are wonderfully creative.
