I'm not asking for your favorite movie quote, or your favorite movie. For example, two of my all time favorite scenes are Death Star run at the end of "Star Wars" and the conversation between Christopher Walken and Dennis Hopper in "True Romance". The scene where Clint Eastwood comes back to kill Gene Hackman in "Unforgiven" is pretty bad *ss too.

Feel free to descipe the scene in detail.

my favorite movie scene was in second hand lions when Jasmine the lion is dead and Hub says she's dead and Walter's mother says 'Oh my god he's dead' because she thought he was talking about the sleezebag 'detective' she was sleeping with was dead. And then when Hub says he meant the lion she says 'oh' like if she were relieved and then quickly pretend to cry again about the lion.
OR
In final destination III when Kevin starts asking Wendy if his death involved anything going up his butt after learning that their were clues in his picture leading to his death. It was hilarious. Or the alternate ending when they are on the subway and Wendy sees the advertisement for stuff that related to everyone Else's death and she has another vision that they will die. And also when you let Frankie live and you see footage of the video he was filming on his camera of him being a pervert and 'trying' to be a better person but ends up scaring away a squirrel.

My favourite scene would have to be from Star Trek: First Contact.

It is within the first 15 minutes of the film, when the Borg are attacking the fleet near Earth. Knowing they are being annihilated, Picard and the Enterprise arrive, take control, and blow up the Borg cube in quick time. A Borg sphere then escapes and goes back in time, and the Enterprise follows to save our past and our future.

Hmm...

If you've ever seen Love Actually, the best part is definitely when the guy is holding up the posterboards to Keira Knightley and the last one says "To me, You are perfect." It's just so cute haha.

I also like any scene that includes Lucius or Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter series.

I like that scene in "The Lonely Guy" where Steve Martin asks for a table for one. Everyone gasps and the room becomes eerily silent as a spotlight follows him to his table. Meanwhile the waiters make a lot of noise when they take away all the extra chairs, cutlery, plates and glasses.

:)

This one might get mentioned a lot but I love the scene in "The Notebook" when they are talking on the dock and it's pouring rain. Ally asks Noah why she never wrote him, and he says,"I wrote you 365 letters, I wrote you everyday for a year. It wasn't over for me... it still isn't over!" And then he kisses her.

I also love the scene in "Liar, Liar" when Jim Carrey is trying to write down that the color of the pen he's holding is red, but really it's blue so he's having a lot of trouble. Then he pins his arm down on the table with his leg and says, "Write it! Write it or I'll break it off!" And also the scene in the courtroom when he's trying to get the witness to confess to sleeping with Jennifer Tilly's character and mentions him "stuffing her like a thanksgiving turkey." (and while gesture ensues)

I love the scene from "Love Actually" mentioned above also.

The very beginning of Last of the Mohegans scene where Daniel Day Lewis and his father were killing a deer and ask the Great Spirit for forgiveness for their actions because they needed to eat! Very spiritual!

Hands down in my opinion is the scene in
V for Vendetta where V has just witnessed the High Chancellor's execution, and is confronted on all sides by machine-gun wielding men. After being ordered to take off his mask, and subsequently being on the receiving end of several rounds of ammunition bursts, he is kneeling, undaunted and quite determined he lifts his head up, and says, 'My turn.."
Armed with only his knives he answers this dilemma thru a flurry of moves that we see in slow motion. The path of his swings are illustrated by the trail of shine from each blade he uses. In the midst of the ensuing panic from this sudden retaliation, the gunmen hastily try to reload as each one in turn receives a blade either inserted into some body part up close and personal, or by V leaning backwards and hurtling them towards any that are distant.

This whole scene culminates with V having his hands around the second in commands throat, just as he (V) stated the outcome of this melee would be, stating that words are 'bullet proof' in response to 'why won't you die?".Then,
SNAP goes the bad guys throat, and V,keeping true to his word, removes the concealed armored breastplate, now riddled literally with holes, drops it with a thump and staggers off to die.

How's that???????

Wow, that's tough. Um, I love the end of Sixth Sense (terrific movie!); the scene in Return of the King on Mt. Doom with Frodo and Sam, where he's like "I can't carry it for you, but I can carry you!". I could probably think of some more if I had time...
