It wouldn't be just one...
I would have a dinner party and invite:
Jesus, Confucius, Siddhartha (Buddha), Mohammed, Moses, and Lao Tsu (an early writer of the Tao philosophy).

I would then sit back and allow them to discuss their own views on spirituality, and the world of the after-life.
