spyware and trojan horses record keystrokes. To remove them, you must buy a good spyware remover like spyware doctor. Also, it's a good idea to get a registry cleaner. buy one, and then download a couple od freeware programs. then you can remove the bulk with the one you bought, and use the freeware to manually remove the rest.
