Ignorant upbringing. Trying to fit in the majority of society that is homophobic. Many other reasons. Mainly ignorance! But also to say that most homosexuals are more full of life and sweeter than heterosexual people is wrong and ignorant as well. No group should be put under a stereotype. I am bisexual, does that mean I am only half full of life and sweet? I personally think i am the sweetest person on earth.

It is because they are different but want to be treated as normal. There are always some people somewhere who are unhappy about something. Build a nice, pretty building with clean surfaces and someone will want to paint it up. Put up a walls with lots of glass and someone will want to put a rock through it. Let a pretty, young woman walk through a crowd and letcherous men by the dozens will want to deflower her. Let a handsome man walk the same way and some toughs will want to slug him to put some character on his pretty face or take some straightness out of his swagger. It isn't just the crew of your listed interest that faces difficulties in life. Whatever, whenever, whereever, someone won't like it.

because people can be ignorant. Same reason there is still prejudice about blacks, or jews or whatever else is "differnt" from them.
It doesnt matter if your gay straight, transgendered or whatever, if your an a&^ your an a*&. its not cuz your gay, its because of the kind of person you are.
I wish people would stop hatered towards everyone, this world would be a much happier place, we have to many other problems to deal with other than idiots taking the time to judge people for thier own personal sexual relationships

detavictoriagirl,
That person that keeps post rude things with the green hair is just sick. Who else would spend so much time telling people that they hated them. That just has to be sick!
The people that I hate, they are the lasy people that I want to be around. In cases such as these, they are just an unfotunate occurance.
I think that Gay people are just like most people. You have you good people, and your bad people.
Unfortunately people like our friend with all the hate only know how to do what they are doing. And there is nothing in it for them!

Because the rude people who SHOW that hate, have been programed since childhood, to hate certain people whether it be according to race, sexual orientation, gender etc... They have been taught this and it's ingrained. Granted, some have had bad experiences with certain people and that has caused their bias, but for the most part...those who really freak out are people who have never had a conversation with a gay person in their lives.

Fearfull people act ignorant. Lack of knowledge leads to fear and/or ignorance and judgment.
Don't worry about others. Just protect yourself. Live a good life. Remember what goes around comes around. Someday each of us will stand under ultimate judgment. Until then the rest of us just live good lives and all will be right.

The people you're asking about don't understand the fact that we act on our sexual preferences. And it's human nature for people to retaliate under these circumstances. It depends on the personalities of the people involved here how they choose to react to such circumstances. Sadly, there will always be those who choose to be violent towards what they don't understand. But you should never rule out the people who choose to respect us. \m/
