Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans! They had death, rapes, and shooting at relief workers that never occurred.

I am a relief worker, and would not have to New Orleans. The reporters over-estimated the deaths and chaos, that actually occurred.

It was a disaster, but their reporting, kept helpful people away from the site of the disaster. CNN, FOX, and the big three, all gave the same coverage.

J Mark Karr case , Bush election call, term 1, ABC Reynold's call of Reagan shooting, CBS Rather informant glitch NY Times fake story scam last year, deep throat hunt, the pentagon papers early seventies. I don't have time to think of all of them.
