how do i get two taskbars?

i have an extended desktop (two monitors) only one monitor has a taskbar...how can i get a taskbar on the other too

You cant do that. Although your eyes see two monitors, windows sees only 1 desktop.

But if you had microsoft office, you could launch the microsoft office toolbar and then just drag the office tool bar over to your second monitor.
