....do I resend my stuff saying "Here is an updated version of my stuff" or what? This is odd because I am a stickler for spelling and grammar.

I have sent my stuff out to some great places that are hiring and I REALLY WANT THE JOBS I APPLIED TO!

It depends, if the typo is in your e-mail, I wouldn't worry about it. If it's in the body of your cover letter or resume, I would resend it. Any time I have been asked to weed out resumes I always toss them if they have a typo, spelling or grammar error.

Being a card carrying member of the Waffen SS Chapter of Misspelled Words Overseers, I probably shouldn't answer this question. Wait a minute ... this is a trick question. Your typical so-called churchie wouldn't know a homonym from what Alvin the chipmunk plays.

I wouldn't worry about it, sending a revised copy might just highlight your mistake. Most email programs have an option to enable spell check when you try to send something to avoid this embarrassing mistake from happening. Best of luck on your job.

If you are really into spelling then you'd use the spelling helper on your pc program. The biggest issue is getting your resume done by a pro if you can...get serious and ppl will take you seriously.

i really dont think you should send them anothehr resume. maybe if you dont hear from them within a couple weeks, then send the resume back in and maybe change some things on it, so it dont look like your just sending the same thing in again.

Depends on what type of job you are applying for. If it's not a desk job where you proof read and format documents, dont worry about it.

Typo's happen, just let it slide. You don't want to look overly anal. Most people wouldn't notice a typo anyway since most americans can't spell to save their souls.
