I have liked this guy for a long time now and well we have become very good friends and well i wanna tell him but i dont know if i should because now that we are friends and i dont wanna lose that i dont want to risk it and lose what i do have.

No one that I know has a crystal ball that can tell you the future. But if this person that you love is your best friend. Then you are a very lucky person. You should be able to talk to your best about everything and anything. As for losing a friendship, well, there is always that chance. but then there is always that chance that he may feel the same way about you and you could discover a even deeper friendship. go for it....You really nave nothing to lose....friends come and go throughout your life...Don't pass an oppertunity to make something bigger out of your friendship....The worst that can happen it for him to say no...I don't see why you still can't be friends...it may take a few weeks for the akwardness to go away...but it will......What you are thinking about is sleeping with a friend runing a relationship.....just asking them out on a date should not ruin it...even if the date goes bad.....just dont sleep with him within the 1st month of dating
Because if you do...it will turn into a purely sexual relationship, because you are already friends and past the getting to know you stage....If you sleep with him too soon, expect the relationship to not last for too long....unless hes realllly into you

What you can do is make sure he likes you back, for sure! Ask around, and look more closely about if he stares at you or talks about you when you don't notice it. Remember, friends last a lifetime, and even if he doesn't like you back you will still remain friends! I say go for it, you guys are for sure going to be a cute couple!

Go for it !! You never know...He may be having these same feelings for you that you have for him,. He may be scared too say how he feels, just like you are. It could turn into a great relationship !!! And even if he doesn't have these same feelings, I'm sure you two will remain friends.

Y not? it could lead to a really nice relationship. the worse that can happen is you have to hide your feelings if he dont feel the same about you. you can still be friends..
