I think its happened to everyone at one point in time or another. Its related to hormones, which in your teen years are fluctuating constantly. Its perfectly normal.

It happens, and it's normal. You might have had a sex dream and not realized it... or it might have just been a random occurence. Nothing to worry about at all.
