YES! Go to www.chase.com and go from there.

You can open an account with Bank Of America online ..even from IRAQ, BUT you will need a USA address and certain info they need, like ID etc. Here is a link:

Maybe. But if you plan on trying, you can probably do this easiest through the USAA bank.
