Just be a good friend and talk to her just try not to spend too much time with her. I have the same problem with a guy I like. He's not over his old gf and I still talk to him and hang out but I keep in mind that we're just friends and don't get emotionally involved, or physically involved. I'm sure in time you'll find that you and her are better friends anyways. Friends last longer (in my eyes anyways):)

Wat she's telling u is 100% truthful.
See, as women, when we're in a relationship with somebody that we have strong feelings for, we give our ALL. It takes a lot out of us, too...and it's no good to love when ur lovin' alone. When the relationships that we're in for so long END, we r worn out, and it hurts too bad to even THINK about starting another one, cuz we're afraid of getting burned again.
I advise u to just go on with ur life. Keep hanging out with her...don't let anything change. Keep being the same friend that u were to her before, and show that u respect her feelings. Be there 4 her if she needs a shoulder to cry on, but don't push anything. Like holding hands...that's a romantic thing, and when a guy holds our hand, we feel like he has a lot of feelings for us. So, in the predictament that she's in, it's best for u not to do such a thing right now. It will more than likely push her away from u...she'll feel like u don't care about wat she told u and that ur pressuring her 2 like u. So, just let her make the first moves...but wait 'til she's ready.

If she said she's not interested in a relationship it could spell trouble 4 u. If she wants the "friends with benefits" relationship then GET OUT NOW! It will only hurt u in the long run. On the flip side, if she genuinely wants 2 b friends, then b a friend 2 her, with no expectations on ur part.

You should just keep being her friend. Give her some time, you never know what could happen. Also give yourself some time to think it all over and deal with it.
