any idea why I am so tired these days and what I can do for it? It's not from lack of sleep.

I went through the same thing about 11 years ago. I was tired ALL the time. It turned out that I am hypothyroid. It just means that my thyroid gland doesn't make as much hormone as it should. I now just take a pill once a day. It is diagnosed with a simple blood test. Make an appointment with your doctor and get checked out. You'll feel so much better. Good luck to you!

The sleep apnea suggestion is a good one. My sister had it, and it wasn't due to weight or anything. Turned out she had too much cat dander on her bed, so breathing it was irritating. When that happens the body compensates by breathing less.

Do you have a caffeine addiction? Vitamin deficiency? Drink too much alcohol or take any recreational drugs? Depressed? Really poor diet? No exercise? Hate your job?

the possibilities are endless.... good luck!

Are you taking any meds for sleep? Anything to help with sleep? If not, then it sounds like you are not getting the right kind of sleep, meaning your mind does not go into a deep sleep. You can try a little bit of melatonin. It may help to get a more restful sleep.
