that when you call up a company to speak with a real human person...but you get the retarded teleprompters instead ? doesn't it frustrate you? why can't when we call for answers we .. actually get a person who knows the right answers ? without all the push this or press that... I hate the way things are now ... no one wants to be bothered......

I hate that too so I figured a way to get back at them - I press 0 repeatedly until they give to a customer service representative. Works every time!

I just keep pressing zero until I get somebody. Or, I press 2 for Spanish.
