I use to drink two red bulls a day.
I switched to ONE A DAY w/ ENERGY...
Its new..just out and I hardly drink red bulls anymore.

Food is the best source of energy. If you are deficient in vitamins then that would cause you to be tired. But vitamins aren't pep pills. If you get energized from vitamins it is the placebo effect. But food works!

Too many vitamins can cause damage in the long run,I tried Bee Pollen and it really works,you can get it at the health food store!

I have a female friend of mine who was tired and the doctor perscribed iron cause of .. you know.. women need it. Maybe you need an iron supplement.
