I have the tungsten e2 palm and I'm having some problems. My input screen has randomly stopped working in some parts. I can not touch the ABC or 123 keyboards or use the Menu or Search buttons. If I want to use the Home or Favorites buttons I have to press on the Menu and Search buttons.
Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a way to fix it? I tried realigning the touchscreen but it doesn't go down that far. Am I going to have to take it back? I've only had it since July and I started having a slight problem with it in the begining of September.

If you could help me, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

This type of problem does happen on some units due to wear-and-tear. You should contact Palm for support. If you have warranty, Palm will replace the screen 1 time during the warranty period. Otherwise, you will have to pay for it, and it may be more cost effective to buy a replacement unit than repairing it.

Take it back and get it checked out. They do sometimes go wrong.
