Yes I know there is. Not as much in the smaller towns around me,but in the larger cities there is more. You can tell by the clothes.

as chris rock said, at the mall all the white people USED to go too, lol. we got bloodz (crabs), crips and folk nation here.

no my mall is good. it 4 rich ppl and they too busy talking bout stupid boring stuff than stuff that matters so i doubt it.
