Where is the "truth" about Hawaii?

A major earthquake...the island is now sinking...Why is there not an "outcry" to get off the Island? I was told to just watch...
I had to say something.

Hawaii (the Big Island) is not sinking. It is constantly being buit up by a very active volcano.

because it will take hundreds of thousands of years for the island to be completely sunk, for now there is nothing to worry about. And by the time people need to start worrying, we will have some new technology im sure to keep it from happening! dont worry about it!!
