They are usually polite, sensitive, have great taste, and don't have any ulterior motives. Plus, the ones I know have wicked senses of humor.

If Harville Hendrix is to be believed, it would probably be because as small children they didn't feel they got enough attention from their parents (in some way or other, perhaps more specifically their father, but maybe not), so they get attracted to unattainable men. This seems to bear itself out even when she doesn't know the man is gay, even when the man himself doesn't know he's gay. With some women this happens with heterosexual men who simply aren't attracted in return; they get attracted to someone who will never pay them any attention. It's very sad and painful.
I don't know. It's one theory. But it resonates with me.

Because those gay guys would make great girl-pals! Really! Girls can trust these guys because they know the gay guys won't be trying something sneaky or perverted. Other than that, they probably are "f** hags" as they are called by the social bar community. LOL

There are so many reasons for this!!!!Gay men are safe they are a challenge,they give great advice,they feed your ego,they help you regarding straight guys(which we all need help with)and they are excellent cooks and listeners
