This young kid used to ride on a motorcycle. He used to jump really high and he would turn into the head of a giant robot. The other body parts used to come flying towards him.

I know what you are talking about, does he dress like kuwabara from yu yu hakusho? I wish I could think of the name, I remember that the robot helmet he wore resembled the head of an LFO from Eureka 7.
