Try black liquild liner, I use maybeline express pen, so it draws on to face just like a pen would (much easier to handle) and because it's liquid it will last longer and look more defined that a pencil

I was Benji for Halloween a couple years ago..black eyeliner....sharpen it and draw carefully

use black eyeliner and take a swing at the tear drop part

black eyeliner. First draw w/ a pencil, then apply liquid eyeliner over.

those tears that you see on everyone's face are tattoos. they mean either you have killed someone or lost someone. but alot of people are getting them for fashion and because they think it is cool and neat.
