Hello, well first off, i appreciate you for looking at this to help me. I want to make a thing where people can post up listings, and someone can search for them, i dont know where to start, but i have dreamweaver and can upload and everything, any help? where to start?

There are all kinds of different ways to do this. I would start learning PHP, and/or ASP scripting. Also you will want to look into using database functionality such as Microsoft Access, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

I personally recomend learning HTML before you try to master a highly complex language. Also, I would look oline to see if there are any open-source web aplications that do exactly what you are talking about. If you do a search, you might find some.

Learn Java programming and web design. Take some classes at a community college. Or, hire a web developer to do it. There are a lot of them out of work who will do it cheap if you look around.

~ You can start a discussion group on Yahoo! for free ...
~ And you have already a Yahoo 360, right?

Learn HTML (hypertext markup language), which is a 'language' for coding websites. Check out http://www.lissaexplains.com/ for the basics, then work your way up. =) Good luck!
