& hearts ; is the code that will give you the heart shape, but there's no spaces in between. I typed it that way because otherwise it would have made an actual heart to have it before and after your name you would need to type it both before and after your name (hope those directions were clear)

you can do it with microsoft word
open word
click the Insert tab (Files, Edit,View, Insert...)
click on symbols
u can either copy/paste the symbol or check out the hotkey
