Honestly sexual harassment or harassment alone seems pretty weak to me, sorry. You could go to the next level of authority within the company and establish a base for any further incidents. The refusal to allow you to miss work is a different matter due to the nature. You could ofer to reschedule but that would not be guaranteed. Maybe a half day would be a fair compromise. I have a feeling you may have the right based on medical issues. If unionized you should go to the union rep, too.

This is tough question. SH can either be hostile environment (posters) or can be directed at a particular person. Clearly any unwanted sexual advances constitute SH. If there's an issue I would contact human resources. I'm guessing most cases are simply a misunderstanding. I disagree with the other touching doesn't necessarily mean SH. It could just be cultural differences. So contact HR. 99% of the time a person will stop any unwanted behavior when asked to do so by HR.
So it's most likely just a misunderstanding.

I really hate this sexual harrassment crap..... men and women can't even flirt a little anymore without consequences.....
In the work place, would mean that your job is in jeopardy - especially if your boss is making advances (verbal or physical) - especially if he has threatened to fire you don't comply.....or saying things sexually that make you feel uncomfortable - and if you report them, YOU get fired..... these would be valid sexual harrassment issues.
Of course, most work places ban playboy calendars and naked bodies - anything that men can sneer at. I'm not saying it's all men to women - but it's the trend. Most good companies have policies that will protect the worker if a co-worker or boss has acted inappropriately, either by touching or verbally - which makes you uncomfortable.

guys hitting on you is not harrasment. If they touch you it is. If they tell lies about you then maybe.
