also if u know "how they become justices!!

Well, there haven't always been 9. At different points in time, the Court had as few as 3 Justices and as many as 15. The Constitution says nothing at all about how many Justices should occupy the court. Odd numbers are generally preferred to prevent ties.

Justices are appointed by the President, and must also be approved by Congress.

Well it needs to be an odd number like 5, 7, or 9 so there will not be ties when they vote. The president nominates them, then they must be approved by the Senate. Usually they have experience as a judge, but it is not a requirement.

The constitution provides for nine justices. They are selected by the president and must then be approved by Congress.
