Everyone is different and it can determined on your body and if your pregnant for the first tI'me or if it's second or third pregnancy's, With my first I was starting to show at 12 weeks but I am very slim and as soon as the baby was out of my pelvis you could see but not tell for sure. This time it's my third baby I was showing at about 12 weeks also but now that im 20 weeks I feel like I am much bigger then in my first or second pregnancy's. When you hit about 15-16 weeks it should be more obvious that your pregnant. Good luck and enjoy your pregnancy.

This book is a must read for any woman trying to get pregnant. I was devastated and so was my husband after being told by my fertility specialist at age 38 that I had no option but to consider adoption or donor eggs (according to my doctor I was out of eggs and gave me 4% chance of getting pregnant and a 2% chance of carrying a baby to full term). After much research and dozens of hours reading infertility related articles and posts online, I have found this book! I never believed in anything alternative to western medicine and thought all the other stuff like Chinese medicine was a hoax. But I was soon glad to be wrong as I followed step by step guidelines. After one month of trying I became pregnant and had a beautiful healthy boy. Nine months after that I did everything in the book again and after 2 months of trying I got pregnant again and gave birth to another perfect little boy. I would recommend anyone with an open mind to read this book. It just might be the answer to your prayers.

It's very possible. Most women see their waistline begin to thicken a bit by the end of the third month or so. Also, if this is not your first pregnancy, you will show earlier than you did with the first. Subsequent pregnancies tend to show a lot sooner because your uterine muscles are already stretched out a bit and your body just basically "knows" what to do this time around.

It's different for every woman. I'm pregnant for the first time and i was showing at 3 months. But some women don't show until they're 5 or 6 months.
Don't worry about showing or not showing. Enjoy being comfortably pregnant right now. You'll eventually show and then you'll get so big that it gets uncomfortable. Trust me. :)

i'm a bit overweight not a ton thou i did not show with this pregnancy my 3rd baby till 6.5 months. I'm 30 weeks now i've gained 20 pounds i still don't look BIG. I noticed i looked bigger at 5 months but to total strangers you could not tell at all till 6.5 months. SOME PEOPLE show very early some later short thin women show sooner then taller women or overweight women. There is no right or wrong time to start showing. Some babies up all up front some like mine are more towards your back.

Everyones different. Im just over 3 months and I've got a little bump where its started expanding. Its nothing anyone can notice really, but me & my boyfriend (n my mom) can tell the difference. But with my friend, she didnt start to show at all till she was nearly 7 months. I wouldn't get worried bout it, and if your not showing yet, make the most of fitting into your clothes while you still can, lol. x

It depends on if this is your first pregnancy. Most women, with their first pregnancy, tend to not show until they are anywhere from 4 to 6 months. I didn't show with my first pregnancy until I was about 6 to 6 1/2 months (she was still a nice size at birth ... 7lbs 4oz). With my last two pregnancies ... I began to show at about 3 to 4 months ... and my sons were 7lbs 11 1/2oz and 8lbs 5oz respectively. Don't worry hun, you'll be showing soon enough ... and when you can't fit in a booth style seat ... you'll be wishin' for your skinny ol' tummy back ... lol.

You think you're pregnant. At three months you should be pretty sure you are. And you could start showing. I didn't until 6-7 months but that depends on your body.

Tweety Br,
At 3 to 4 months your baby is only about three inches long, so if you are showing you must be a petite person, and if you are a petite person it's quite possible that you could be showing especially to yourself, probably no one else will notice right now. Good luck and I hope it's a boy.

I've had 4 children, and I definitely showed earlier with each subsequent child. With my first I started obviously showing after the 4th month.
