here is another one not already listed. delay of game but technically a walk. if the pitcher doesn't throw the ball within thirty seconds batter is awarded a ball. done 4 times and is awarded first base. it is the rule. here is another but might also be a walk... after ball 3 batter goes to first. it is the responsibility of the apposing manager to appeal this before the next pitch.
