I am not attacking any president, the main reason I watch his speeches is to laugh at how much he messes up with talking. I think he is mentally handicapped in a lot of areas...
Stricken with hella awful anxiety problems...

I don't think any President has been as bad as Bush is at speaking. He was fun to watch at first, but he is nothing but an embarrassment now. I wonder what people from around the world think of us as a nation when they see him screw up. Makes me wonder why no one ever tried to give him some speech lessons. Who knows, maybe they did. Before FDR, presidents didn't have to be as good at public speaking. Mass media made good speaking abilities an asset.

most people have a fear of public speaking. if i were giving the state of the union address, i'd probably have a few slips of the tongue as well.
