this realastate agent we had was a real jerk. But now he`s hitting on my mom.hat should we do?
(P.S My whole family hates him. Also, He`s married and so is my mom.)

Your mom needs to tell him to stop and leave her alone. If he persists call the police and get a restraining order on him. You say your mom is married, her husband should be backing her up.

there are two ways of solving this problem :- either u throw him out as u can get many real estate agents around & solve this problem safely or u collect some proof of his jerk actions & talk to his wife & family so that he never do something like this. in latter one , in a way u'll solve two problems , one is urs & other is his wife on whom he's cheating .
the choice is urs cuz these type of people never understand talks so u have to take a action against him.

I am not a girl but I hope that you being a teen that you have a cell phone that takes pictures Catch the Bas*&%d in the act then show it to him and tell him that if he don't leave your Mom alone his wife will get a copy of it And if he don't like that his BOSS will get a copy You will have him by the B@ll$ and don't let him intimidate you he probably will tell you that he will go to the law tell him to call them. If he owns the real estate company then tell him that you will report him to the STATE and he will LOOSE HIS LICENSE GOOD LUCK

get a new real estate agent - no one has to put up with that from a professional you are paying to provide a service to you. and make a complaint about him while you're at it.

speak to his manager, and explain you are no linger comfortable with him representing you. If he is the only one in the office fire him.
