I don't think anyone can truly be fully educated. One can know facts, figures, what they are told, but they really can't know anything in the macro scheme of things. We only see micro, no matter how widely we open our eyes.
According to the song: The more I learn, the less I know.

Yes, I do.
And I have had only one year of college.
I consider myself educated, because every day of my life I have strived to be teachable and curious...I have educated myself.
I know things, not because I paid thousands of dollars for it, but because I have made it my personal goal to continue learning.
