ive seen the coolest pics online that people alter to another level and was told they used photoshop...what are the best programs for this where to get and how to use? is their any free ones online?

adobe cs2 photoshop is a really cool one. it can be used with the entire adobe cs2 suite. the only problem with it is that it is pricy. im sure if you look on sites like ahemmm..... this one www.phazeddl.com you could find a pirated one, but yea thats a good one

Adobe Photoshop is the program to use. It's very expensive and it's the one and only.
There is a free "photoshop like" program called GimpShop which is very good. Here is the address...
