No they dident change singers although he had short hair and a fairly long beard but now he has long hair and no beard so he like switched them and he does look a little different so its understandable to think so.

nope serg is thier and thier to stay if they cut him the band would be dead serg and the guitarist is what makes system of a down thier is no way he would leave the band...

its just that the lead guitarist does more vocals than before in their latest album.
