How would I enter this data to get the correct answer:

The problem has to do with elasticity, but it could also be a problem to find the slope.

20,002 - 20000/20000 / 99.5-100/100 = 61.67

Please, as you answer the question; Please do it step by step.

I do this too many times and every time I get a different answer, and next week is test day....HELP!

The first set is being divided by the next set, then being divided again by new set of numbers.

20002 - 20000 / 20000

Then that being divided by the second set of numbers.

Could you rewrite the equation a little? I can't tell what's being divided and such.
