- Use a scarve as a belt or a metallic-looking belt for jeans. Or a belt that's made up of interesting knots. You can buy such belts or DIY (do-it-yourself) if you have the right materials.
- Get small gem-like embellishments with a DIY kit (available in some craft stores).
- Sew some lace to the hems of the jeans.
- Glue-on "colour stripes" to side of the jeans for a unique look.
- Use "Iron on t-shirt transfers" (you need a colour printer to print your design/photos onto the t-shirt transfer paper before you iron the paper [design] onto your jeans.)
- Wear plain or "boring" jeans with a nice peek-aboo tank-top. A bright top may be, or a contrasting one or one with polka dots. I personally like baby-doll tops and V-neck spaghettis (they look good with long/shorter skirts and knee-length demin jeans).
- Your accessories should match the whole look. "Slinging" silver earringings can go well with jeans, but don't wear it if you're wearing a chunky necklace for example.
- Get platform shoes or stilletoes to go with the mood you're setting with your jeans. Check out madaboutshoes.org (it's a blog for shoe fetishes like myself!)

heels and a nice shirt, like a silky tank top or something, jewelry and a belt. you have to make sure that the jeans are not too baggy. dark jeans are best for dress up

Your questio is a little vague... could you be more specific?!
Did you mean, WHAT to pair WITH the jeans or did you want ways to 'spice' up the LOOK of your jeans ~~> just wondering=)
Well, to decide what top looks best with jeans, you can never go wrong with a basic white T-shirt.
Pair it with a blazer & pearls for day... and by night replace the blazer with a pashmina, accessories & you're good to go.
As for how to dress up your jeans to make it look more interesting try those iron-on patches you can get at craft stores, etc.

Wear a nice pair of heels that will lengthen your legs. It's great if the shoes have a nice toe, as that's what everyone will see.
Try a sparkly top or floaty top, or a basic tank-top combined with a fitted jacket.
A great bag, great hair, spiffy jewlery and a funky pair of sunglasses will make anything look good!

if you already have jeans that have been distressed but have a little engraving on them from the company. take a really sexy shirt or top sparkle and everything . in other words what would you wear to a funeral. dressy stuff, right. then put that dessy stuff on top of your bod and wear high heels with it. you're ready to go girl. and carry it off. flaunt it *****. you got it.

Well I would dress them up with a nice dressy blouse not shirt but blouse then find a nice pair of heels. Match up your jewelry and your set.

I think the best way to always look classy in jeans is to get some nice black boots or heels to accessorize them. :D

dressy boots or heels and a nice shirt with a scarf or something and maybe a funky hat too and a belt definately wear a belt that matches your shoes
