Well first you mention you have too many Bears, but if you trade for Benson and losing Muhammad, you're STILL left with 4 Bears (Berrian, Clark, Benson, Gould).
Now, with the analysis, I really don't think that trade is in your favor. As mentioned above, Frank Gore is a stud running back and you can't trade him for a backup runner who does not get much playing time (Benson). Have faith. Gore WILL keep it up. He has breakaway speed (long TD runs) and he will get his fumbling habit under control. He is the one blue-chip on an otherwise lackluster Niners team.
Reggie Brown has been doing well but I think this is the time for owners to sell high on him. Donte Stallworth will come back eventually and McNabb continues to spread the ball around. True he is an upgrade (perhaps) over Muhammad but your gain in the receivers department does not outweigh the loss to your running back department.
Besides, Rudi Johnson has been slowing down (had good first two games, pretty bad last 3 games) and despite Jones-Drew's numbers, he still splits time with Fred Taylor. DeAngelo Williams splits carries with DeShaun Foster and Williams has been hurt. Michael Turner only gets garbage time work (much like Benson). You would seriously be eroding your running back depth.
So I'd say no.

NO, don't make the trade. Your RB spots are key. You don't have another starter option (and by starter I mean a player who is the starter in real life for his team). It would be Rudi Johnson and a crap shoot. Jones-Drew is good in a flex spot but shouldn't be your every week starter. The WR trade is good for now, but when Stallworth comes back who knows who gets the ball there, so don't think that Brown is that big of an upgrade. I would hold onto Gore until you get a much better offer.
On another note I would start Jones-Drew this week against Texans. I am going to, in place of Gore who is on bye for me also.

That is a horrible trade. You can get more than benson for Gore. Benson doesnt even start. Gore is giving you consitently 80+ total yards per game. Benson can't even get 40 rushing yards per game. Brown , I would rather have over Muhammed , However not at a expensive of Gore. Why would you want to trade Gore away when he is the only True starting BR besides Rudi on your team. I've seen many people in yahoo leagues get more value than benson for Gore.
Did Gore do something wrong this year? Has he really hurt you ? I will guarentee you , It has helped this year. Have more faith.People have so much doubt about hhis guy but even last week, He did not have a bad game. Yeah , he only had 55 rushing yards but it was against SD which has one of the best rush D. He averaged 5.5 yards per carry. If isnt wasnt for SD blowing them away , He should of had more carries. He also had 35 yards receiving .. 90 total yards against SD isnt bad.
Have faith for all Frank Gore owners. People who dont like frank gore is jealous or feel dumb for not drafting him. I drafted him on the 150th overall pick. Last player in our draft.

NO. The receivers are about even, and right now Benson is having a horrible season. And Gore is leading the league in rushing, he will probably continue to have a big year as he is all the offense that the 49ers have.

Gore for Brown is good but I wouldn't trade Muhammad away. Benson hasn't done much spliting carries with Jones. If you can get Gore for Brown do it.

Frank Gore alone is worth more than Reggie and Benson.
