It acually helps me escape reality but it also relates to reality.
I friggin' luv punk and rock so i like Green Day, Good Charlotte, Simple Plan lyrics. Fall Out Boy is good for reality checks. But the best stuff is Green Day and Simple Plan.

it keeps me sane. i always have a song in my head. if i didn't, i would probably fall to pieces (but then again I've never tried...)
