Since time is of the essence, go to a fertility doctor. They can quickly run test to find out what's going on. They can also suggest procedures that will increase your chances of getting pregnant. If you are not ready to do that, then I would suggest to become familiar with your cycle and signs of ovulation. This is the best time to try to conceive.

Good luck!

First of all, don't stress because that will effect your chances of conceiving. Try to have fun with sex and don't try so hard to conceive. Your best bet is to have sex once a day, every other day so that the sperm count is abundant. Also, ovulation usually lasta about 24-48 hours, so you're bound to get pregnant on one of these days. Good luck!

Try to relax and have faith. I tried for almost three years and it finally happened when I least expected it to. Exercise seems to help a lot of people. Try exercising if you are not already doing so.

Have you thought of just having him stuffed once he goes?

It really sounds like you want a baby just to be having one, which is sad and I think you shouldn't be bringing a baby into this world unless you are committing fully to it.

You should go to your gynecologist and have a fertility evaluation with your husband. Both you and he will be evaluated on many factors.

just before and just after your period is the best time. lay still after sex. dont get right up. its harder to swim upstream. just enjoy trying and it will happen. good luck.

Have your husband use the orifice in front for a change instead of the other one.
