Yes, two promotions in one year. More money, nicer title, lots to add to my resume.
It felt so wonderful to work for a company, and for people, who recognized hard workers and rewarded them for it for everyone to see, especially the tellers at my bank.

By certificate of recognition, cash prizes. I feel honor that I am recgonized for what I have done.

Yes I have - but don't expect it. The people that want to be recognized usually don't get it...... it's the ones that are more humble that just do a good job without looking for anything....

Absolutely! But I have to say, it doesn't happen just for showing up and doing my job -- it's going "above and beyond." What I get for doing my job is a check.
And yeah, it feels GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!
