IT MEANS THAT THE 2 PERSONS INVOLVED CAN CHANGE THE TERMS OF THE DIVORCE AFTER 2 YEARS.
THEY CAN CHANGE ANY CONDITION AS LONG AS THE 2 PERSONS AGREE.
