The rate of pay depends on several factors. The harder it is for them to find workers, the more they have to pay (supply and demand). It also depends on the job, the manager will make a lot more than a counter clerk! The time of day that the employee works can be a factor also, early morning and late night (or overnight) shifts usually pay more than afternoon, early evening shifts, because there are kids out of school to cover the afternoon shifts, and a shortage of available workers for the other shifts!

yeah minimum wage. Try living on that!! They work these people to death, and people don't respect these workers. Slave drivers who deserve respect. Maybe if you quit honking, maybe your food will get there faster!!!
