Zeus, Athena, Ares, Aphrodite, Hera, Hermes, Apollo, Posiden, Artemis, Gaea, Hestia, Demeter, Cybele, Hades, Eros, Helios, Persephone, Selene, Eunomia, Dice, Eirene, Themis, Adonis, Hephaestos, Dionysus and Hestia (not that that's even close to all) by the way Thor was mentioned a minute ago, but he's a Norse god, not Greek.

There are lots.
Zeus, Hera, Hestia, Demeter, Poseidon and Hades were all children of two of the Titans (Cronus and Rhea).
Ares, Hephaestus and Hebe were the children of Zeus and Hera.
Aphrodite sprang forth from the ocean's foam.
Athena sprang forth from Zeus' head.
Eros is sometimes known as the son of Ares and Aphrodite, sometimes known as "the first born".
Dionysus and Hermes were both the product of Zeus' infidelity, although to different mothers.
Herakles (or Hercules) was a demi-god who was welcomed to Olympus when he died.
Apollo and Artemis (the twins) were also products of Zeus' infidelity (with another woman called Leto).
Helios was a son to another two of the Titans.
Persephone was the daughter of Demeter and was forced to live in the Underworld with Hades for 3-6 months a year.
This is by no means an exclusive list.

A few other "lesser" deities are:

Nike - Goddess of victory, who was also Athena's companion.

Dike - Goddess of justice for humanity. She was actually human, but Zeus elevated her to the status of deity.

Damia - Goddess of growth in nature.

Ersa - Goddess of the dew.

The "wind gods":

Boreas - God of the north wind.
Eurus - God of the east wind.
Notus - God of the south wind.
Zephyrus - God of the west wind.

Go to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Family_tree_of_the_Greek_gods

It has a whole family tree of the Greek gods and goddesses.

If you go to:
http://www.crystalinks.com/greekgods.html

you can find a bunch of information on the gods and the titans (which were the ruling gods before the Olympian gods overthrew them).

There are soooo many of them! There are the major ones that people have already posted, but there are many, many, many more.
