i am in 7th grade too and have done some pretty crazy things to a guy i liked. well when i was in 2nd grade, i used to chase around this boy mikey that i liked at storytime every day. in third grade i cut his shirt at art because i got mad at the art teacher. in 4th grade at my birthday party, my and my friend rachel stuffed his shirt with hay (we were on a hayride) and threw his jacket of of the tractor into the mud.
in 5th grade i took his reading glasses on april fools day and hid them in his best friends desk and he got blamed. in 6th grade we became closer because our sisters are bff's and we see eachother all of the time. now in 7th grade we are just about great friends. we still get mad at each other and make fun of each other but we also laugh at eachothers jokes and do a lot of stuff together

It's called "character" when you like someone because you just do.... As you get older, you'll realize that it really doesn't matter what your "friends" think because true "friends" will support you and try to find the same qualities in that person.
You're at a very hard time of your young life - and what your friends think right now is very important to you...... but you will find that changes...... I was one of the 'geeks' in school that no one talked to and now......I came out way ahead...... so be true to yourself and you'll never go wrong.

Be true to yourself. If your friends wanted you to shoplift, would you? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Doesn't matter what he looks like. Are they really your friends? A real friend would keep his/her mouth shut and trust in your feelings.

Learn to stop governing your life by what other people think.
Believe me, honey, you will find this skill QUITE valuable as life goes on!
NO, you do not HAVE to act like you do not like him.
You need to learn not to be so concerned about the approval of others.
It's all up to YOU. GET IT??
Rely on your own ideas.
Good luck! :-))

Just be yourself, don't put on an act for your friends sake. The sooner in life you realize who you are and are confident with who you are, the better off you'll be

if you allow your friends to make decisions for you now then are you willing to let them run the rest of your life?? You don't like it when your parents tell you what to do so why let your friends.

first off, your in seventh grade so i hope you just want him as a friend, NO SEX. if your friends are real friends, they wont care that you have friends who they may not like. and they would give him a chance.

Unless he breaks the law or is mean to people, I would see how he feels about me. Your friends don't own you.
