No. I was with a guy who wore a Size 13 and his thing was normal sized. The biggest guy I was ever with had just average size feet, like a Size 10.

some short girls have big breast.. some tall girls do and vice versa

Big toes? Of course. As an interesting footnote (pun intended) women's shoe sizes are numbered 2 less than the same size for men. hmmmm.... Now I wonder is there a relationship between a females pair of shoe size and their pair of...

Ha Ha Ha...well speaking from experience...I've dated guys who wear the same shoe size...and the answer unfortunately is NO...its kinda sad, but its true.
