My grandma used to get my and my cousin mixed up and still to this day I will answer to her name! Do you ever do this?

My name is Kay. I can't remember how many times someone will be within hearing range of me and say to someone else OK. I hear the K part and answer. I have had many odd looks in my lifetime and a few good laughs.

I call my girls by the wrong name sometimes.They all have A names. I go through them all till I get the right one.

Yes I have before. My mom calls the whole family when calling for us. I do the same.

Yes, my boss has a lot of names to remember, and she calls me "Hey You" and I made the mistake of answering to that and that's all she calls me now!

All the time. This old man who had a stroke always called me Timmy, after his grandkid.
