Okay, here is the deal: Im talking to this guy that I haven't talked to for about two years and when we were talkin, he had expressed to me that he really liked me and I was the one he really wanted to be with. So now, 2 years later, he says he still feels the same about me but he hasn't seen me yet. Should I be worried that he might not like me as I am now? I mean people change in the course of two years. Im planning to see him Thursday, should I cancel or should I stay commited to the date and not worry.

I don't think you should worry, I believe your nervous about seeing him again. Do you like him? If you do go for it! Get all dressed up and go get your hair done or your nails, buy a new outfit! These things will peep you up. I hope things work out good luck! Maybe he's your soul mate, you never know and he might be the missing piece to your puzzle.

Stay committed and don't worry!!! Get out there and have a great time!!! Be realistic, though. True, he hasn't seen you in 2 years, but you haven't seen him, either! And yes, people DO change. Nervousness goes with the territory and chances are, he's asking his buddies the same thing you're asking all of us out here in Yahoo! answers.

I passed a girl I dated in highschool in the hallway at work one day after not seeing her for almost 16 years... It took only seconds for us to fall in love all over again... So no.. Don't cancel. People change, hearts dont.

Stay committed to the date and stop worrying. It's ok to be a little excited, but don't panic. This ain't life or death. It's just a harmless little date. Keep it simple and see where it goes. Simple. You'll be fine if you keep your head on straight.

Stay commited to the date. if you don't you'll never know if he still likes you or or not. even more important you wouldn't know if you still like him. people do change , most of the time it is maturity, fine tuning our better qualities and ridding ourselves of some of the less desirable. go and have fun.

Go see him sweetie! What do you have to lose but maybe a second chance for love or a good friend. Don't go in it with expectations, be yourself (even if things have changed in 2 years) and have fun!!
