I was thinking wearing green pants and a green shirt with glasses and carrying around a carboard atomic bomb. but I dont think people would get it.

wear that and carry a huge box labeled NUKE on it lol and also decorate the box to look somewhat like a nuke bomb.

Go to a military surplus store and get an all olive uniform. Put a pillow under your shirt, because he has some pudge. Black designer sunglasses, and grease the hairn back.
Use a poster box for the nuke. They are cylindrical.
