If they do, its not really an appraisal. Only an appraiser can do that. The only websites out there that offer those services are inaccurate and rip offs. if you dont want to pay an appraisal fee, ask 3 Realtors what they think, not telling one what the other said. It will probably be a little high coming from them, but they can print out a CMA and give it to you. Look for sales in your neighborhood with similar sq ft and similar condition, you'll get an idea there too...
