I have waited for someone to plan birthdays for me in the past and always end up disappointed. My birthday is the day after Christmas so most people have better things to do. I dont want to wait to be disappointed this year, any suggestions? Where money is involved, try to keep it under costing 500.00

Okay, the idea is to not get wasted. I have been there and done that already. It is old, and I dont want to waste my only 21 birthday getting drunk. I dont have enough friends I like enough to have them all party in a hotel on my tab and leave me with a damage bill.

Take someone you like very much to a fancy restaurant---you know, one of those places that has like 7 courses, a different fork for every course, and sherbet in between courses to "cleanse the pallet". Being that you are 21, you can even order a glass of wine with your meal.
My aunt did this for me for my 11th birthday. It was so awesome! Not only was the food great, it was a wonderful learning experience as well!

For my sisters 21st Mom rented the American Legion and everybody got trashed. Well, atleast I did. We had a D.J. and it was really fun. But it was close to home so that everybody would be safe walking back. Or, if you have someone special to share the moment with, a Hotel could be a good option too. However, watch what you do! You never know who could be watching!

and invite all my friends for a party in a hotel
get a keg, a dj
what more can you want
